My husband and I sent our one year old pup to Off Leash K-9 for the 2-week board and train, as we are expecting our first child and our pup needed to learn clear boundaries within the home, as well as some food and dog aggression issues. Our pup, Tucker, returned a completely different dog. We are able to take him for walks with our other two dogs, without issue. He listens to his recall and finally has household manners like staying on place until he is given the command that he can "break." Its a night and day difference and we couldn't be happier. Off Leash K9 Training is the gold standard of dog training. Our Rolly is 6 month chocolate lab. We enrolled him in the 2 week training course. We are highly satisfied with the results.  Jennifer, Rolly's trainer, loves what she does, and she does it so well. She was consistent and patient with Rolly. Two qualities she instilled in us when we picked Rolly up. Our 2 hour session set the stage for us to continue his training. Jennifer also encouraged us to return for refresher sessions, all part of their great service. Happy dog, happy owners! A huge thank you and praise goes to the Off Leash team for all their hard work and teaching Astro essential commands that we will continue to use throughout the year. Our Great Dane was quite stubborn and always wanted to do things his way. However, through repetition and the guidance of the skilled trainers, he has become much more relaxed around other dogs and less anxious overall. We truly appreciate all the time, effort, and patience the team invested in helping him. Their dedication has made a noticeable difference, and we can't thank them enough. I can not thank Jennifer and Jay enough for helping me with my great Dane puppy. Thank you for allowing me to walk her instead of her dragging me. We have sent three dogs to Jennifer over the years and are about to send the fourth. Her skills are unparalleled!  Her training not only has taught our dogs to listen in all types of situations with many distractions but also has given them confidence, which helps them to have more patience and emotional regulation; this was especially helpful for our reactive poodle. Now our guy looks to me when he’s uncomfortable before he reacts to other dogs and new people.  Jennifer and her board and train program are a total game changer! We can take our dogs anywhere and have confidence in their skills to listen and behave.  In addition, her program was the foundation needed for our Pitbull to go on and become a fabulous service dog for my boyfriend who is a combat veteran. My stubborn bully didn't listen to nothing! Not his name, no, stop, sit! Absolutely nothing!! I enrolled him into this wonderful training program and my baby boy is a different dog. He listens to all commands, but is still the same loving non stubborn bully I am proud to be the parent/owner of. Mr. Jay has patience, he's professional and kept his word! Thank you so much!!!! We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Off Leash K9 Training! Our 10-month-old Cane Corso, Marv, was starting to push boundaries, especially with guests. When we left him with Jay for training, we were nervous since it was our first time leaving him, but Jay put us at ease with daily updates, photos, and videos. Marv came home the same loving dog but now listens so much better, comes when called, and respects boundaries. We are so grateful for the tools we’ve been given to continue his training at home. Having done a lot of research on the best place for our puppy to be trained, we came across Off Leash K9 Training, Jersey Shore and knew this was where we needed to be. I did the 2 week board and train for my rottwieler koda. He had very little training and 0 self control. We went away on vacation and we were notified nightly on his progress strong suits and downfalls. Jay the trainer was awesome. Very professional and down to earth. When pickup day was here we were exited/nervous. We were taught how to use our new equipment thoroughly. When it was time to meet our pup again. It was day/night. But I also realized my dog had a good bond with Jay wich made me happy knowing that my dog was comfortable enough to bond and enjoy his board and train. He walked us through all the commands. He taught us always follow through with the command and always win the command. He took the time and made sure we understood how and what we were doing. Why we were doing it. And made sure we could do it without any questions. I could not be happier with the outcome. And the knowledge my wife and I received.
